Principal Designer

A medium sized but fast-growing Consultancy are looking for a Principal Designer / CDM Consultant to oversee an exciting portfolio. We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Principal Designer / CDM Consultant to manage a diverse and engaging portfolio of projects. The CDM Consultant Role

As a CDM Consultant, you will take on a crucial role, leading meetings and providing expert advice to clients across core Construction sectors, including some of the most prestigious contracts within the company. You will work within a CDM department as well as others, over various PD and PD support contracts.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required).
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in CDM roles
• Skills: Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
