PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in Slough. This will be working with a specialist civil engineering business working within the water sector.

Due to securing work and the expenditure of the team, they are looking to bring in an experienced Site Manager with a vast amount of experience in civil engineering and water. This will include clean and foul water. Typical values can range from 100,000 to 15M.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project/package, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising.
  • Liaising with the client, other professionals.
  • Coordinating and supervising workers on site
  • Making safety inspections and ensuring site safety
  • Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings when needed.
  • Maintaining quality control procedures
  • Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up
  • Assessing and minimising risk
  • Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
  • Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences.

Site Manager requirements:

  • Site Management experience on Civil engineering and water project.
  • Preferred experience with clean and foul water systems
  • Understanding working within the water sector
  • Well organised and self motivated
  • Full UK drivers license
