We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our enthusiastic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our Key Stage 1 pupils, ensuring each child reaches their full potential. This role is perfect for a teacher who is creative, resourceful, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Assess, record, and report on the progress of pupils, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular activities and projects.
• Establish strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and development.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 1.
• A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment procedures.
• Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, with a willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
