What You’ll Do:

- Innovate and optimise: Spearhead the transformation of digital supply chain solutions across the globe. You’ll be at the forefront of integrating advanced technology to streamline planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Strategic decision-making: You’ll lead global demand and supply processes, balancing the needs of multiple markets to ensure product availability at the right time and place, all while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Launch success: Be the driving force behind flawless product launches by aligning cross-functional teams to ensure all elements are in place for success.
- Team leadership: You’ll mentor and develop a high-performing global team, inspiring excellence and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Engineering
- Extensive experience in supply chain management at a senior level, ideally within the life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
- A deep understanding of modern supply chain concepts, including demand and supply planning, S&OP, and digital integration tools (ERP, forecasting software).
- A strong background in navigating regulatory landscapes (such as FDA and cGMP).
- You’ll have a knack for leadership, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and deliver results in complex global environments.
Location:
This exciting role is based in the UK, with some flexibility to work remotely.
Travel:
