Job Title: Adult's SW - Community Team

Job Description:

Locum social worker required with experience of working with Adults in the community. Experience of completing Care Act and Mental Capacity Assessments is vital.
Qualified SW's only. Must have access to a car and be willing to complete home visits.

This is hybrid working and workers are expected to work from the office twice weekly.
